what do you eat? what kind of diet to you stick to?

A lot of very boring food! When I’m on track, wholemeal/wholewheat foods (Pasta, Brown rice, oatmeal), I only drink water, I stay away from sugar, I make sure to have a lot of protein in my diet and I aim to have 5  or more equally sized meals a day.
